  • This Cozy Modern-Coastal Condo is only steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Positioned a short two blocks from Sam's Corner and the Garden City Pier summer fun in within walking distance! This two bedroom/one bath space is well designed to create a true retreat for your getaway. The condo unit is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator making the condo not handicap accessible. Only 1 car per rental.
