ONE OCEAN PLACE is an ocean front condominium with on site access to the beach and direct ocean views. Seasonal rentals, April through November are weekly rentals with arrivals Saturdays and departures Saturdays. Winter Months rental options month to month - --December, January, February, March - Please request from us in messenger the Monthly Rates for Winter Rentals.

The unit is furnished with 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and 51 inch TV in Master Bedroom. FREE WIFI available in unit. King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom updated with oversized custom tile shower. My husband and I booked this condo for a week to bring my mother back to the beach after her cancer treatment last year, along with two other family members, and we really enjoyed the stay! This was the nicest condo we have stayed at and loved the views and how bright and new everything looked. The location is great and it's quick to get to the Garden City pier either by car or a walk on the beach. A tropical storm from Hurricane Helene hit us late in the week, but it didn't last long and we were able to enjoy our last day and a half regardless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here in the same unit. It is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you open the door the view is amazing. It’s always spotless. It was 5 of us women, plenty of space very comfortable. We hope to be back next year.

We were so happy with our stay in this condo! The listing was very accurate, and we were even more impressed when we saw it in person. It was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The view is amazing, and so convenient to the beach. The only glitch was an out of service elevator, but the management was able to keep one running the majority of the time. We hope to stay here on any future visits!

Owners were super easy to work with and we had a great stay. Views are amazing - it feels as if you're hovering right over the ocean. Wonderful location (great oceanfront cafe next door and scenic walks towards the pier) with grocery store nearby if you like to cook. Easy to get to all the Myrtle Beach fun yet far enough away to just enjoy the R&R. If you like shark teeth, my boys found nearly 60 walking up and down the beach...which is not at all overcrowded like North Myrtle. Great find and I'd recommend wholeheartedly.

Our family visits the Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area a few times a year. This is our favorite property! We have stayed in several condos over the years, but returned to 703 the most. We have zero complaints! Everything from the decor, to the amenities (the Kuerig coffee maker is an awesome perk!), to the cleanliness of the condo, to the ease of check-in was perfect. We stayed two weeks this summer and had one minor issue with the air conditioning. Our hosts addressed it immediately and everything was fixed before we even left the beach for the day! Roger and Beth are wonderful owners, who are very responsive. We can’t wait to return to this condo again next year!

Stayed for Thanksgiving week. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Most important all the chairs and the sofa in the living room were comfortable, as we spent a lot of time sitting in them and enjoying the view.

We stayed at this condo for two weeks around our wedding in Murrells Inlet. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was just as listed. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were great to enjoy the ocean. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Beth and Roger were great hosts. Highly recommend this unit!

The property was clean, which is very important to us, and upgraded. Containing all amenities necessary for us to have a fun filled vacation. The view to the ocean was spectacular. Enjoyed watching sunrises from the swivel chairs next to the floor to ceiling windows. Would recommend this place to anyone and, hopefully, will be staying here again.

Great location, friendly neighbors, wonderful beach access and large beach. Within walking distance to a great restaurant. SUPER easy to access the property. Instructions from owners were spot on. Only small complaint was that we had a baby crawling on the floor and was immediately dirty, no visible dirt though. Overall great experience, would stay again without hesitation. Do bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.
