Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good vacation rental. It could use some changes. The right side blinds in the living room didn’t work, they were stuck closed. The furthest blind slat was broken off. . The picnic table, instead of a regular table with chairs, is almost unusable. We have stayed at Ocean Cove 204 before with a regular table and chairs and we were than also able to make use of the window seat. The screened in porch screen was very dirty and should have been cleaned somehow. I asked before we came if there was a Keurig coffee machine and was told to look at the picture online to find out. There was NO Keurig in the picture so we dragged one down to the condo and when we arrived there was one there. Like I said Overall our rental was good but not as good as previously when we stay at Ocean Cove.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. We were so thankful that the chairs and umbrella was placed on the beach every morning. Also, my elderly mother was able to ride in one of the beach wheelchairs and put her feet in the water one more time, for this memory I will forever be grateful.

Enjoyed the updates that included new ice maker, shower heads, slip covers on living room chairs just to name a few! The outside property including pool area is always well maintained! Last but not least is the ocean view from the screened porch, there was even a few dolphin sitings this year as a bonus!! Love this place!!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was ok but all the construction that was going on was not good, We had workers that would enter the unit without notice or knocking. At one point they came in why we where gone to work on the bedroom outside railing for the third time, again without notice and moved all the outside dirty furniture onto our bed and left it in our room. We finally had to but a sign on the door telling them not to enter without knocking. The construction company workers where unsupervised and did as they pleased. It Was Not A Good Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and in good condition. Only complaint is the parking situation. Upon arrival (it was dark outside), we were unsure where to park (didn't know if there were designated spots or not) - it would be helpful to include that in the directions provided for the property. The parking is "tight", and the lot was full most of the time we were there, so that is the only complaint we had. The elevator and steps weren't super easy to locate in the dark upon arrival, but we figured it out.

We absolutely love this unit! My only suggestion to the owner is that the shower in the master bath has no pressure. And the chairs and pillows in the living area could use a good cleaning.

Delightful but too warm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was super clean, and it is so much nicer than the pictures. Our only complaint was the thermostat was auto-controlled somehow to go up to 74 degrees. You could manually control it during the day by continually setting it to a lower temp, but during the night it was a problem. If you don't mind a warm room, this property is otherwise delightful, has a great location, and the the complex is great for families. With a lower set temp, this rental would get a five star.

Loved falling to sleep with the sound of ocean waves, even though that was interrupted every once in a while by fireworks. Second full bathroom had a running toilet for majority of the stay.

Close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and other attractions. Great parking. The condo doesn't come with any beach necessities so plan ahead. There is a company that rents umbrellas and chairs, but it may be cheaper to buy them. The only thing that would actually improve the condo is a ceiling fan on the porch.

It is conveniently located to Murrells Inlet for dining, Garden City Pier for entertainment,and just short drive to Broadway at the Beach and other Myrtle Beach activities. The property has ample parking with easy access to elevator, which rarely had a wait. We stayed in 304.Such a lovely condo!! Can’t say enough about the “beachy” decor!! Just what you would expect a beach front home to look like!! So many little extras such as games, boogie boards etc We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked, had we chose to. Comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture. Another huge plus is the screened porch at entrance to leave towels and beach chairs and the screened porch ocean side that was perfect to enjoy the ocean view! We had a lovely experience enjoying the beach and family!!!PS Pam with Garden City Realty was very pleasant and helpful with reservations!

We loved the balconies and having the little screened in area at the front door to leave our beach chairs and such. Garden City Realty was great to work with, wry accommodating. We had a situation where we had accidentally locked ourselves out, and they were there within 10 mins to let us in. We would definitely stay here again!

DIRTY - NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was okay but there were a lot of people in the area. The kitchen was very nicely furnished. It was nice to have a towel rack on the patio to dry towels and a place to put beach toys and shoes. The condo for gross, it was dirty and it smelled. I called the number listed about the housekeeping and they did offer to come and clean again but it needs a deep clean, the couch, chairs, woodwork, the corners of the rooms, under the bed just filthy we found a toy and a pillowcase in the second bedroom and the pillow in the third bedroom had a mysterious stain on it and smelled of unwashed hair. Considering paying a late fee for renting the linens then on top the charge of the cleaning fee its really not worth recommending this place as worthwhile place to stay. I know this is not just the people who run the condo's fault its the guest as well but we were at the condo complex for three days before someone cleaned the elevator, it had an oreo cookie squished in the mats and there was trash lingering in the Hibiscus plants outside of the main door.

The unit was in good shape, but it wasn’t the cleanest. My daughter and I stepped on some broken glass on the balcony. There was some hair on the bathroom floor. The pool was cold and the hot tub was cold.
