You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

One block to Garden City Beach and Pier (with elevator, pool and hot tub)!

This villa is located in The Garden City Beach Guest House and is one block to beach and pier with views of the pool and hot tub (and partial ocean view) from the front with views of the fishing creek from the balcony in the rear of the villa. This villa boasts an elevator and a king size bed with a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The sliding glass door to the balcony gives the bedroom a light and airy feel. Garden City Beach is one of the nicest beaches in the Grand Strand and excellent fishing from the pier or creek. If golf is your thing there are plenty of good golf spots near Garden City Beach. Everything that you could need is within walking distance but biking around can be fun also. Note: Please be advised that the King tides can make some of the roads impassable for a time. For 2022 those dates are: May 15-18, June 13-16, July 12-15, August 10-13, September 7-10, October 26-28, November 23-26 and December 23-25
