Great Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: House was perfect for our crowd. I could escape children on the 4th floor balcony! Elevator a plus to offload and load. Every bedroom with a bathroomNegatives: No welcome packet. Explaining things like TV operation3rd floor dryer vent busted. Blows into houseCalled in a maint request 1st day (no handles on main floor balcony. NO REPSONSE. That really sucked. Assumed someone would be there next day. No one ever came.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our whole family of 20 plus 2 toddlers. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and common space. This was our 3rd gathering, we enjoy the house. It is not modern, but clean and well stocked with pot, pans, dishes, bowls.... Beach Realty is very responsive to any mechanical problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a plenty of room, so is great for a large extended family. It is rather old and does need some work. The carpet in the bedrooms is very old, worn and looks dirty. The instructions for using the elevator are outdated and incorrect. There is no key. The rental agency was very responsive A young man came and got it working and showed us what to do. Also, he logged into the account for the TV as it wasn't working. The kitchen is not very well-stocked if you want to do a lot of cooking. Not enough pots and pans.

Awesome Layout and Location.. BUT Needs ALOT of TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I definitely would consider staying here again! We loved the space and amenities and how every bedroom has its own bathroom.. BUT there are some areas that need to be attended to.During our stay we noticed the property had difficulty cooling different spaces of the house (would recommend looking at the A/C units and return filters and door seals). We also had an instance where the fire alarms went off suddenly during a rain storm, which was followed by a water leak that was dripping from the kitchen ceiling (noticed a wet spot on the floor in the Bedroom 3 closet due to this). But the most disappointing aspect of the stay was the cleanliness. During our stay we found alcohol and drug paraphernalia left from previous attendants. Found empty liquor bottles under the dresser in the "kids" room and found a weed vape pen in the couch cushions. In this Covid era we're in, this is unacceptable and luckily I discovered it before my 3 year old.All in all, I would absolutely recommend this house! (just need to address those major issues)

We loved being able to walk to the shops and pier without having to get in the car, and the kids (and grown-ups!)really loved the ice cream shop just a short walk away. The house was clean and had all the amenities. We had a wonderful time!

Did not enjoy the stairs or elevator first thing in the am. Seems minor but for me not . GCR was so accommodating and will definitely rent again

The facility is under par in maintenance (paint, railings unfastened, doors difficult to move or bolted shut for missing handles). Appliances poorly functioning. Refrigerator freezer not freezing, dishwasher difficult to close and operate, stove that only heats to 350 degrees,etc. Would recommend property only to those aware of short comings.

The house was perfect size for this group. The elevator was great and very much needed with some of the family members. The only issue we had was running out of hot water for showers. We learned quickly to spread them out and let hot water heater catch up. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed many a night in the hot tub after a relaxing day at the beach. Since our family is large, having a bathroom in each room made our stay so relaxing. The elevator also was a huge plus for our elderly relatives. We will definitely stay here again for many years to come.

Awesome layout and view of the beach from inside the home. Only “negatives”: water pressure (specifically 3rd floor... to be a bit expected I’m sure), length of time the water stayed hot, some of the beds were hard even with the mattress toppers, TV options were super limited- not a huge deal, but makes the evenings a little difficult with the kids.
