Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave bed coverings and shams on the bed, just take off sheets and cases.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking of any kind in the unit. Only permitted outside downstairs, and please use the smoking ashtray in front of the mailboxes.
Please empty all trash prior to leaving and bring it to the dumpster. also, please strip beds and leave sheets/towels on the laundry room floor.
We just ask that you be respectful of other guests below you so please no running or jumping. PLease use the dryer to dry all beach towels
