Condo entry is located on the first floor. Once you enter the unit you will be met with a beautiful staircase that takes you up to the second floor, showcasing this spacious and beautiful condo! Midway up the stairs there is a landing, making it a very easy set of stairs to get up. Parking is available directly in front of unit. Pool is open from April 1st to October 31st, 8 am to 11 pm and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. -Only 2 parking spots per booking -Must be 25 years old to book -Strict HOA rule there cannot be any trash outside the condo do for any period of time -Blue parking pass must be displayed at all times on property- strict tow policy for vehicles without parking pass -No motorcycles or trailers at any time may be parked on property -No trucks exceeding 3/4 of a ton, campers, boats, motorhomes, school buses, or other large commercial vehicles may be parked on property
