Complete with two spacious En-Suites in the main level of the home, with a separate, private En-Suite across from the main level home with custom copper soaking tub, twin trundle day bed in separate small Cellar bedroom away from the main house on lower level of property, as well as two additional roll-away twin beds for extra sleeping to sleep a total of 10. The gourmet Chef’s Kitchen and butcher block island will inspire new adventures in cuisine and is open to the beautiful Great Room with high, wood-beamed ceilings, arch windows and doors. Enjoy dining inside at the 10-seat wood table or outside al fresco style in the covered Loggia overlooking the expansive vineyard. Relax in the courtyard and enjoy the views, cozy up to the outdoor wood-burning fireplace or on several patios and lounge areas throughout the property. Take a walk through the vines, enjoy the outdoor BBQ or unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi where you can enjoy views by day or star gazing at night. Italy getaway

The most beautiful property

I loved staying at this beautiful property. Had such a sweet romantic feel, while accommodating for a girls trip. We opted for staying in both nights and playing games at the house, also enjoying the hot tub. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, but if you need any air mattresses be sure to bring them. Overall so happy we got to stay at Wayne and Nancy’s lovely home.

Temecula Villa on 20 acres

The property is gorgeous: beautiful views, Tuscan-style home with lovely amenities. The great room/kitchen/dining area is perfect for gathering. A primary reason we selected this property was because the listing stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms + 2 roll away beds. The one bedroom had a trundle bed was located remotely on a lower level at the rear, accessed only by walking outside and down a number of steps.

The team running the property are exceptionally communicative and kind. They accommodated the kids in our party by providing a pack-and-play and moving any cleaning supplies to where kids couldn't reach them. It was rainy during our trip, but the view is amazing when it's clear, with an outdoor dining patio overlooking it. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking for groups and the living/dining rooms are very comfortable for lounging. The only things I would change: a more updated TV with streaming services, and a clearer understanding of the fourth bedroom, which is outside the main house down exterior steps in a game room without a proper lock on the door, which made me feel nervous at night. But overall, this is a great property close to Temecula and a great option for a family or group.

The pictures do not do this property justice, this was the most beautiful place we’ve stayed since traveling Europe. We felt like we were in the Italian countryside. The home itself was beautiful, airy and well stocked with everything you need to have a peaceful stay. Lori the property manager was so responsive and helpful not only throughout our stay, but leading up to it. We loved the time we spent here and can’t wait to book another trip.

This was a stunning home and property. The host was responsive and communicative. The house and property was so clean, had so many cute seating areas and very nice furniture. The view was breathtaking! The only thing that could have made this stay better is less bugs—the flying beatles came out at night and managed to get in somehow even though we were so careful! The bedroom with the two twin beds was not ideal given the location and lack of windows, but the other bedrooms and bathrooms were superb.

A wonderful venue for our wedding

The property was just spectacular. Located in the La Cresta area of Murrieta the three bedroom villa was exceptionally comfortable and well equipped as a location for us to stay. The property with cellar and barn was a spectacular location for our wedding. Communication with the hosts were smooth and effortless. If you are looking to have a getaway with family or have a place for a medium sized event I would tell anybody else to not hesitate staying here.

Escape to Italy in Murrieta

This was the best experience for our group of 8. Due to COVID, we were not able to travel by plane and so we decided to stay at Wayne's home in Murrieta. What a surprise. We felt like we were transported to Italy in a matter of an hours drive for us. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and so you can prepare amazing meals and serve it on lovely dishes for a beautiful presentation. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are very high quality. The terrace was my favorite part. It overlooks the wine vineyard and the breeze felt as if we were at the beach. The home is on the top of the hill and the view is beyond words. Thank you Wayne for an unforgettable stay.

Wayne’s wonderful winery

This property is stunning! The house makes you think you’re in a villa in Tuscany - incredible attention to detail. The vineyard and gardens are serene and impeccably manicured. The view is breathtaking. Wayne and Nancy are gracious and helpful hosts. What more could you ask for? We’ll be back!

Tuscany Escape

The property was gorgeous. My husband and I were getting married close by but we could have honestly been married there. It was an amazing location and everyone loved it. Wayne and Nancy went above and beyond to help us out. Recommend this property for all who was a beautiful get away.
