"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"A beautiful hotel with incredible views! We were made welcome by the owner, and our room was very clean, comfortable and the roof terrace is spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel. We will visit again!"

"Lovely rural authentic hotel in Alpujarra. Good base for exploring. Excellent service - thank you Victor. Nice breakfast to start your day. Coffee, tea, bar and snacks available. "Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains. Room was large, spotlessly clean and with a great bathroom. Would have appreciated a hairdryer, modern pillows and better soap and towels but all in all it was great value"

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."
