"Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint was checking in time. The booking states 3 pm but the hotel did not open until 4.30pm for check in. After a long drive it was disappointing. "

"Chose this for the great location. It was typical for a 2-star and clean. The room was very cold - colder than outside, and the radiator did nothing. I suspect the central heating had been turned off. It was about 45F in the room and the water was even colder. The sheets and pillows were cold, the room was near freezing, This made my stay in the lovely town of Vichy pretty poor. I did see a lot because I couldn´t stand to be in the room."

"The accommodation was clean and cozy, in the center of town. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to work with when any questions or issues arose. I would definitely stay here again or in another accommodation the host owns elsewhere. Thank you, I had an incredible experience in Vichy and didn't want to leave!"
