Musée de la Moto et du Vélo

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Hotel De Paris. My new wife and I arrived for the final stop of our honeymoon. The instructions to arrive and park were good and we found the hotel easily. After checking in, we headed out to explore Sete (lovely lovely place). Upon returning later that evening, we realised we were unable to adjust our air conditioning (36 degrees in Sete at the time). After requesting it to be lowered, management simply refused stating it was consistent for the whole hotel. Unclear why this was the case. Perhaps a money saving strategy. Needless to say we had a very uncomfortable night. The worst part of hotel however was the spread of black mould in the shower. On top of a very hot and disturbed night, to see such a vast amount of black mould in the shower was horrible. After complaining once again, management took photos and said they will "share with their director". The lack of compassion and/or refund/compensation was the most frustrating. While we can sympathise that France is experiencing a major heatwave, there is a certain amount of general compassion and cleanliness that was not afforded to us as guests. We appreciated the decoration in our room for our honeymoon, but this sadly did not excuse the conditions of the hotel. Think twice before staying here.

La suite dans laquelle nous étions était fabuleuse, très spacieuse, les lits absolument divins, une terrasse avec table, hamac, barbecue et bed, salle de bain et cuisine optimale Un vrai coup de cœur et prix abordable au mois de juin !

Ideal for a short stay, very clean and staff were lovely. Some rooms are recently refurbished to a very good standard however some are not.
