"Beautiful villa. The pictures don’t do it justice. The downstairs bedroom and shower room were wheelchair accessible so perfect for us. We all enjoyed the pool and the outside space with bbq. Wonderful location just a quick stroll to the pretty harbour. Fresh bread a quick walk away with a few bars and several restaurants. A most enjoyable 2 weeks. Thanks to Sylvaine our host who made it all possible."

"ProsThe beautiful view and the sunsets are amazing!Lovely beach with soft sand. Lots of sand hoppers appearing as the tide risesLow tides for rock pooling & high tides for swimming & snorkelling. The water was so clear & a perfect turquoise colourThe Paddle boards, kayaks and beach toys were greatThe showers are fabulous & good water pressureSecure garden for dogsIt’s a nice 10 minute stroll to town. The night market was niceWithin easy drive of supermarketsConsDogs are not allowed on the beach. We naively thought it was ok to have the dogs on the beach as the house was listed as dog friendly. Gendarmes patrol daily & checkWe were repeatedly asked by the owners for a security deposit of 500 cash. I contacted Vrbo (brilliant customer service) who told the owner we did not need to pay this as we had paid in full for the house through their site but the owners still arrived at the house on Sunday morning asking for the cash deposit Beds not comfy. Cushions on sofas just slip off & move as soon as you sit. Furniture is all cheap IKEA furniture but I guess you wouldn’t put nice expensive stuff in a holiday home!No supplies in the house of simple items of dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, salt & pepper etc. need to bring everything yourself or buy from supermarketStairs are precarious! I slipped & fell down the main wooden stairs. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not 100% on your feet. The stairs to the loft rooms is more like a ladder & only suitable for teens"

"Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im Ferienhaus von Nathalie und Yannick in Porspoder verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, extrem sauber und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub geschnitten.Für Familien mit Hund ist die Unterkunft ideal: Der Garten verläuft komplett um das Haus, ist vollständig eingezäunt und sehr gepflegt. Die Straße vor dem Haus stört überhaupt nicht, da dort nur sehr wenig Verkehr vorbeiläuft.Ein kleiner Utile-Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge in die Region. Nathalie und Yannick geben sich größte Mühe, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus! Licht und sonnendurchflutet, mit phantastischem Blick auf die Meeresmündung. Unfassbar schöne Sonnenuntergänge!!Ein paradiesischer Garten und vielen, sehr gemütlichen Plätzen zum Essen und Entspannen!! Anne und Xavier sind sehr herzliche, sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt.Sehr empfehlenswert!Wir kommen sicher wieder.Alexandra und Martin"

"Had a lovely stay overall, but the hotel isn’t without its flaws. It’s a very nice property in a beautiful location. Facilities are very good for a hotel of this size with a brilliant spa/pool/deck area to relax in, although you are limited to an hour per day as a hotel guest (not great). Two great restaurants on site, including an excellent Michelin starred one. And it really was very good. Rooms are on the small side, and those in the top floor have the roof angles to contend with, so the rooms do feel quite cramped, plus shower in the bath is never a great look and something that was missed from what looks like a relatively recent refurb. There is also no AC, which for the price point of the hotel really isn’t ok. Our room got very hot and stuffy and it wasn’t even that hot! Goodness knows what it’s like when it’s hotter!!! So if it’s hot (or you like to sleep cold), avoid the top floor, make sure you’ve a window (not all rooms do) as well as the door to the balcony and stay on the east side facing the lighthouse. It’s a great property with incredible views and quality facilities, but lack of AC and small rooms don’t quite align to the price."
