"We absolutely loved staying at this villa especially the stunning views, Antonio was an incredible host on arrival he was very efficient and explained everything we needed. He even offered to take us to the shop so we could get some food in as we did not hire a car, which we soon realised we needed. The villa is very luxurious and everything was in immaculate condition, we felt very lucky to be staying in this villa. It was great for all 14 of us including babies and children. Thank you Antonio and cleaners!"

"It's basically a truck stop with rooms, shower didn't work properly. We arrived late, but managed to get a drink. It's incredibly good value though, brilliant if all you need is a bed and simple breakfast."

"We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. The pool and views were outstanding. The house was as advertised and very comfortable. We were quite daunted by the approach road, a single track dirt road with the occasional sheer drop to one side. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful."

"Host was lovely, very friendly, very accommodating, always available for any queries, offered fantastic places to visit during our stay, offered restaurant suggestions, explained where we would be able to find everything in the property, came around to ensure that pool was clean and everything was good, gave very exact directions to find the property as maps doesn’t lead directly to property, honestly could not fault host for anything, will be looking to rebook in the future"

"The apartment is lovely in a quaint little town close to many area attractions in Malaga. The host left clear instructions for use of all the amenities within the apartment as well as a nice range of ideas for exploring the local area. This place was a highlight of our trip to Spain!"

"The view from this property is truly spectacular, sitting watching the landscape wake up or go to sleep is something I will always treasure. The house is very clean and has most things that you need, though a chest of drawers in the main bedroom and a wardrobe in the guest bedroom would have really helped when unpacking. The outdoor space is very pretty with grape vines and beautiful flowers but they do attract a lot of wasps, hornets and midges so make sure you pack some deet. The outdoor furniture is a little tired and could do with upgrading and there were only 4 sunbeds for 6 of us which was disappointing but Simon brought along a couple of collapsible ones. The owners were incredibly helpful and sorted any problems quickly and recommended lots of places to eat or visit which was really useful. The local village was really traditional with pretty houses and steep, picturesque streets, but we found that unless you spoke reasonable Spanish it was difficult to communicate as nobody spoke any English. The few restaurants that were there are a mixed bag, sometimes open, sometimes not and if I’m honest we never felt particularly welcome. I’m not sure if it was because we were British or just a tourist, but everyone was very curt and unsmiling and the service wasn’t great. We’ve visited Spain many times and the people have always been warm and welcoming so not sure why Riogordo wasn’t. All in all we had a very restful stay at this beautiful farmhouse."
