"This room was cute and comfortable. I’m gonna give cleanliness seven out of 10 just because you could tell the bare minimum was done and that’s OK. The green room/patio was remarkable. I love the outdoor shower and the comfort of that area. I will say the hammock pictured was not usable Due to cleanliness issues and mold. However, all the plants made the area incredible. Do not expect a working coffee pot with the amenities of coffee or other beverages. Buy those before entering the property. I bought my own French press to use in the room as the coffee pots did not seem sanitized. The bed was comfortable, but not great. The bedding was very clean. The host was easy to contact initially upon arriving very important fact to take into consideration is that the address listed is not the correct address I had to reach out to the host who had to share a landmark for me to map in order to find the residence, this was a little offputting early on as I followed the address listed on Expedia and was in a completely different city. I was traveling alone, so this was intrepid for me. Also, if you’re doing any type of remote work or streaming entertainment, beware of the Wi-Fi connection it may be better to bring your own Wi-Fi as the connection threw me out of my meeting several times the AC and the lighting were incredible with remotes. The lock codes for the front door and the green room were great. With a little more intention this could be a 10 out of 10 rental."

"The experience was AMAZING! Ivan was very responsive and helpful. His place was equipped with everything you could think of which was very helpful. The beds were comfortable & the house has AC in every room which was nice for the Hot weather. The neighbors were friendly and respectful. Having access to the washer and dryer made things so much easier with not having to worry about laundry when getting back home. The view was breathtaking!! The sound of nature at night was soothing and peaceful. The house was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. We stayed a week and wished we stayed longer but duty calls and we will definitely be back to stay! "

"This was a nice 3 night stay! Very clean and the hosts were very attentive and communicative. AC worked great. Kitchen is small but suited our needs easily. My recommendations to prepare - The frogs and birds are very loud at night, the host has some ear plugs but I would recommend bringing your own as well. Our maps wanted us to park nearby and walk - ignore this, turn on the road directly between Lorenzo’s restaurant and the boat lot. 2 in quarters for the washing machine and additional quarters for dryer once they have it running so make sure to bring enough change if you plan to do laundry. They do have a line to line dry. It rained while our clothes were out and Danny and his mother even offered to dry our clothes in their own home. "

"We (six sisters) who meet up once a year at a selected VRBO had an excellent week at this house. We enjoyed the fact that we were all on the same floor. Once we figured out that our street was next to “ rooms to go” we just put that in our GPS and were home in no time. The pool was wonderful. We spent 3 days at our pool and then out to dinner. 3 days at beaches and dinner on the way home. Our Host Daniel was so attentive to our phone calls -really only needed him once, but he gave us a few tips on where to eat out etc… Great home base between Rincon and Isabela beaches.
