She was great :)We hired a car as it's quite remote on an access road off what in the UK would be a country lane. "We had an amazing stay at the Villa. Check in was seamless and we were met at the villa upon arrival by Maria who showed us everything we needed. The property was ideal for us and the two kids (12 & 7). We spent most of our time in and around the pool which was the perfect temperature for swimming and cooling off. The kitchen had everything we needed and were able to cook nice meals for half the time and eat out in Pollenca the other half (recommend R3spire which is less than a ten min walk from the villa and Q11 in the corner of the main square as well as Trencadora). Would also recommend Oh Vermut in the opposite corner to Q11 which does very reasonably priced drinks (wine 3) and tapas/ponchos on the bar.Great communication throughout the 2 week stay with advanced notice when access required for cleaning etc.Very special place and would thoroughly recommend."
