Convenient mini store for food in reception area. Breakfast is fine. Parking is paid but it's typical in the city. Location is not the most convenient to get to city center but can't have everything. "Location, staff, & service are great. Lights turn off after 8 pm in the reception area. I felt unsafe walking in late at night to a dark hotel. It’s pitch dark in the hallway (4th) until a motion detector lights up. Room itself was roomy & comfortable. Staff was nice when I asked for a replacement of the stained pillowcase. I didn’t realize the towel also had stains. I’m glad I brought my own towel. "
