"Excellent location, a walking distance to malls, restaurants and the beach"

"No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price. "

"From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. "

"A slight view of the beach through a small window. I stayed out as long as I could to keep from spending time in the room. The bathroom was dirty and dingy. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before I touched anything. I showered with flip flops. The beds were clean and I slept well - the only reason I gave it a two star. The location was great as well. "

"We have stated at this building for years when it was a hotel and now that it’s private residência we decided to book this apartment for the long weekend with my friend and my 11 month son. The space was clean, the room was a great layout with everything you could want to cook, make coffee and tea in the morning, and even an air fryer :) the bathroom was beautifully decorated and a good use of space. Plenty of areas for our luggage to be stored as well. The communication with Artur the host was excellent, answered all of our questions and concerns. The lobby has an area for buying convenient snacks, drinks, extra waters, and there’s a cafe in the morning that is $40 Reais per person. The amenities such as the pool and gym and sauna are great to end the day. We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"Studio muito bem localizado, em frente a praia, no canal 1. Local confortável para até 2 pessoas, ao meu ver. Como fui sozinho, o espaço foi mais que suficiente, além de boa estrutura, como ser condicionado, Wi-Fi, microondas, secador de cabelos, dentre outros utensílios. "

"Yes, everything was overall great! Excellent staff, beautiful surroundings! Breakfast was great! Only that the hotel is a little rundown outdated! Just needs to be renovated! "
