The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top.
It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away.
The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions.
Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

The place is truly beautiful from the inside and very well designed.
The interior is elegant, modern, and carefully maintained.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The lighting and decoration create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Everything feels organized and thoughtfully arranged.
The common areas are quiet and pleasant to spend time in.
The cleanliness standards are excellent throughout the property.
The ambiance makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter.
It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
