"Really bad hotel. Insects crawling on bed, pillow, hair all over the bedsheets, dirty room, no cleaning at all, washrooms were smelling worse than public toilets. Can’t describe the overall experience. The owner said they will refund, we checked out in 10 minutes but didn’t get any refund from them. "

"I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place. "

I had a few bad experiences while in india with rooms but the rooms here were clean, Best view manali has to offer. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend, only 15 minutes from old manali and Manali, easy commute."
