Spray Beach Oceanfront Hotel

"We booked our reservations in July for a two day stay in the middle of September. What they failed to tell us was that on Friday night and Saturday night the two nights we were staying at the hotel, they were having a wedding each night. The wedding venue is an outdoor tent, which was right below our rooms. We had requested third floor Oceanview rooms, which we had and we’ve stayed in this hotel before. But apparently they now have a new policy to have weddings on the weekends after Labor Day and the noise was just so loud up until 10 o’clock each night that it was quite frankly deserving of a refund. We had three rooms, this year. We had three rooms last year and I’m not sure that we would go back next year after Labor Day because the noise from the wedding was just unbearable. The rooms are really fine. They’re nicely done the outside always and Floors after a hard season could use a refurbishing."

"If you are looking for a clean house that is in a very convenient location this is your place. Great layout with bedrooms and bath rooms. Host is amazing, very helpful and responsive to messages. 12 out of 10!!!!"

"This was our 4th time staying in this house! As always, perfect location, clean, welcoming. Loved the new couch and outdoor furniture. Property manager was quick with responses. Overall another wonderful stay!"

"This house has the best location! You can walk anywhere in Beach Haven and to the beach. Nice, modern kitchen, fenced-in yard, outdoor shower. Host was extremely responsive. Very quiet as well."
Just Renovated Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage

"Positives: Great location, walkable to beach, restaurants, amusement park, shopping, groceries, mini golf, arcade, waterpark, pretty much everything from this location is walkable. Great courtyards, one with two grills and seating, another with some outdoor furniture. Outdoor showers were also great. Slobodanka was very accommodating, friendly and was quick to remedy any issues we had. We needed an air pump for something and she had that on the spot.Negatives: The unit needs a dehumidifier running full time. We found one in the closet and after running it for a day, the air quality was much improved. It's a smaller dehumidifier so we had to empty it a lot. The rooms could use some new dressers. They had a musty smell and we didn't want to put clothes in them. Not the end of the world at all though. When we first got there, we had a little bit of a fly/knat problem in the apartment but it was taken care of by Slobodanka immediately.Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!"
