"We loved our stay here! The host was incredibly helpful and provided lots of information about the area - including advice on timing to purchase tickets for the castle experiences. She was a great communicator the entire time. The apartment is charming and I really felt like we had an authentic Bavarian experience staying there. The weather was very hot when we were visiting and the host was very thoughtful and had the apartment cooled down for our arrival.It is a very cozy and clean apartment and the location is incredible. We have two young children and walked to the horse-drawn carriages to take us up to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The area is within about an hour drive or less to countless recreational opportunities. We loved it! Would highly recommend to other travelers- including families."

"The reception staff were really helpful and let us leave our bags even though we were early arriving. The 4G cinema is a real asset to the hotel and we loved the large room and central location. We would definitely stay there again."
