"Such a convenient location for the beautiful Collioure. Little interaction with reception more with breakfast staff who were pleasant and friendly- nice breakfast. Our room was v close to next building, bins and fire escape so couldn’t open window safely. Air con worked well. Hotel had the feel more of a comfortable hostel - with all your basic needs. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"The hotel is centrally located on the promenade, but does not have a designated parking lot. You can use a public parking garage , but on busy days it can be full. The hotel also doesn't have a washer for the guest’s use , but there is a nearby automatic laundromat that you can use. Our room was spacious and airy with 2 balconies. The breakfast was really good with cava and quality dishes. "

I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel.
