"I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was spacious and comfortable and very clean. I loved all the little extras that were provided. There was filtered water in the refrigerator, snacks to enjoy in a bowl on the counter, and my favorite toffee from Enstrom's along with a personal card when I arrived. I think I missed when I made the reservation that the unit was up 16 stairs. Still, it was lovely. So many thoughtful touches like charging cords on either side of the bed with multiple ends for whatever you might need to charge! Also, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion; everything you need to feel right at home! The location is within walking distance to downtown Grand Junction where there are many restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay there again!"

"I have been traveling to Grand Junction for several years for work. This hotel is the absolute best hotel in the area. It's very difficult to find a hotel that gives you a feeling of being at home. This hotel does that and more. I highly recommend Hotel Melrose. "

"The details on the property indicated that the pool was closed, but that the hot tub was open. That was not true, the hot tub was closed as well. I would not have booked my stay at this hotel if I would’ve known that the hot tub was not open. I Messaged Expedia for a credit towards my next stay for my inconvenience and have not gotten a response"

"Great location, perfect for walking to downtown Grand Juntion. It was a bit warm and not all bedrooms upstairs had A/C vents. Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay."

The muffin mix basket was the third plus! The whole space was comfortable and nicely decorated - except the picture in the bathroom. Loved staying with you! "

"Very nice property. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and easy check in and communication. Located just blocks from Main Street with many shops, restaurants, breweries and art. Also blocks from the Riverfront Trail which is great for biking and walking. Would definitely return to this property in the future. "
