"The location is unbeatable and the service was superb--from Matthew who checked us in to Jesus who checked us out and everyone in between. The only thing that I would caution travelers about is the exorbitant nightly charge for parking. Had I know I might have made other arrangements."
"I prefer a local boutique neighborhood hotel to a chain, and The Carlyle Inn delivers that experience. The Robertson-Pico neighborhood is a lively area of LA bordering on Beverly Hills. A well-maintained property overall, the room was spotlessly clean, and the king bed very comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. I received free self-parking as a VIP bonus. Tip: use the bath mat when showering; the tub was very slippery. "
Beverly Wilshire - Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. The hotel has a historic feel with a modern and sophisticated flare. We walked for coffee and sat outside in a courtyard to enjoy the beautiful weather and Beverly Hills vibe. We also had breakfast at the hotel which faces Rodeo Drive. Amazing food and atmosphere including Cut, a Michelin steak house in the hotel. Some great restaurants are within walking distance and others a short ride away. The best spot for shopping, right at the foot of Rodeo Drive. The pool is small and tucked away and there aren't a lot of seats but other than that this hotel is perfect. "
"This property was beautifully renovated. I visited with my teen daughter and felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is very centrally located so if you are looking to hit up many sites in LA this is a great spot. Quiet and a little off the beaten path but definitely walkable to shopping (Century City) and Beverly Hills area. We booked the Gold level and it was great, They had a separate concierge lounge that you can get small breakfast items/appetizers/snacks and grab water/soda on the go. Bella (the other staff as well in the Gold level) were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! "
"The property was lovely, a little more business/office building area but a nice mall next door & fun food options. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back! "
