"What stood out was the kindness of the staff. I arrived 5 hours before check-in. The desk clerk suggested I do a little sightseeing around the area. But I was exhausted from traveling so I laid on a tile bench. After a few minutes, the clerk told me that the manager, a Vietnamese American, had given permission for me go to my room immediately. "

"Highly recommended. We spent a week in Ho Chi Minh City and were so glad we chose Mai House Saigon. Knowing the hotel is Vietnamese-owned made our stay even more special, and it exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish, elegant, and impeccably clean. The rooms, lobby, and overall design are chic, full of character, and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding and provided truly exceptional customer service throughout our stay.
Breakfast was delicious and very generous, with great variety and quality. As someone who usually stays in five star hotels, I can confidently say this hotel is on par with, if not better than, many five star hotels around the world. Room service was impressively fast, responding to our requests in under 15 minutes.
The location is perfect. We were able to walk easily to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, and downtown areas. Mai House Saigon made our trip unforgettable, and we would definitely stay here again."
"The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room.
Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to.
Great job all. 12-15-12.27.2025"
"From the moment we arrived to our last goodbye, the Nikko was a stellar stay. The staff is exceptional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and overall the best of the Nikko hotels. The breakfast buffet covered local cuisines, Japanese, Persian, Chinese, and American, and had a juice bar that offered the freshest local fruits. The room was always spotless, the house staff were friendly and always there with a truffle in the evening. We loved our stay and would come back as soon as we can! And thanks to the GM Dawson Tan for running the best of Nikko!"
