"The initial check in was a little confusing, as the self serve process was new, and my two months ago payment wasn’t received. After a phone call it was rectified.
Once in the room, it was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to see some sheer curtains on the windows, not just the black out one. Anyone from the opposite building, or from the street, has a good view of you when you by the window.

"One of the loveliest hotels I ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, brilliant staff, free drinks in the fridge on your arrival and free coffee in the morning!
