"Check in staff was rude and acted as if doing me a favor. Desk personnel mumbled making it extremely difficult to hear over blaring rap music and water feature. Room 119 smelled terrible like a wet dog. Excessive noise from HVAC so we requested another room. Was told that wasn’t an option so we gathered our things and were ready to leave when another desk person “checked with her boss “ to get us another room. Confirmed room change and moved us to 103. Also reaked of dog. Pet friendly dog policy needs revisited with staff and cleaning crew! Rude, inattentive behavior of desk personnel needs addressed. Sorry Spartanburg Comfort Inn, but we won’t be staying with you in the future. Terrible decision on my part and a poor $160 decision on my part compared to other Comfort Inns I’ve stayed in. Motel 6 here I come!"

"My stay waa great. I was there for 3 weeks. The ataff was very helpful, nice and approachable. The room was clean, spacious and the air condition worked good. Laundry facility onsite was very good. Just can keep iy swept a little better."
