"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"Everything was fine until around 12:30 am fire alarm turn on . Crazy night and scary for kids. They said kitchen problems but still when you are sleeping and big noise starting. No good 👎"

"Excellent location near Kierland and many other shops and restaurants. Host was very accommodating. Loved having the entire backyard to ourselves. Studio was well stocked with everything from coffee & creamer to lotions, shampoo, conditioner, sun screen, etc. Comfortable bed, warm shower, everything we needed for a perfect stay! "

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails and left voicemail to check on ADA room accommodation and heard nothing back. I had requested ADA at the time of booking on Expedia. I did not receive ADA room. Parking was $30/car, my cost of the room was exorbitant and parking should have been included. Little bugs and spiders were in the room. No clue where the ice-maker or other amenities were. Not much information and communication about property. We had an enjoyable stay nonetheless!"

"The time we spent in Scottsdale was nice. We stayed in a top floor king room with a sofa looking out over the city Pros- •The reception staff were very pleasant, helpful, and always available •The location was convenient for getting on to major roadways •There were stores and restaurants in the immediate area •Covered onsite parking •Breakfast had a lot of variety to chose from both hot and cold items with plenty of seating •Quiet •Room was very clean •Large tv for easy viewing Cons- •We had no housekeeping service the 3 days we were there •Parking was $10 a day •Have your license plate number with you when you go into the hotel because you will need to use a q code to pay for your parking. You pay a third party, not Hyatt. •From the parking area you will have to walk down or up stairs and around the building to get to the ground level and hotel entrance •Towels were very small •The shower-head spray was too light and made it hard to rinse off •Supplied showering products were of lesser quality •There was a broken coat hook •Very expensive for the limited amenities •Limited tv channels unless you pay to view The stay didn’t affect our stay negatively. We can adapt to any situation. Unless we can get a much better price, we will look for different accommodations next time. "
