"I booked the property specifically for 6 guests, and the automated messages clearly stated that the property would not accommodate a larger number of guests with amenities than the number included in the reservation. However, a few of the amenities provided did not match the number of guests booked. The host sent messages stating that guests should reach out if there were any concerns, but when I actually did reach out twice, I received no response or assistance. We were only provided two washcloths and two makeup towels. One of the makeup towels was dirty and had a white substance and hair on it. I messaged the host to let them know that we did not have enough washcloths. There was also no bedding provided for the pullout couch, which was part of arrangements for our reservation of six. When we went to bed and realized there was no blanket, I had to purchase one myself at 9 pm. I also messaged the host about this issue and again received no response. To be fair, there were no issues with the actual condition of the unit. The property was clean, the AC worked well, parking was convenient, and everything else about the unit was fine, location convenient. (Walls are extremely thin, but neighbors were pretty quiet) Just the lack of responsiveness from the host after asking if everything was going well, as well as the missing basic items that should have been provided. It was inconvenient to leave and purchase late at night."
