"Probably the most accomodating host we've ever experienced. Check-in was easy, questions were answered quickly and kindly. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. Lots of items for families with kiddos to walk to the beach. We rented this place to accomodate adult family members visiting a nursing home resident in the area to celebrate a 90th birthday. The yard was beautiful and well maintained. I will say that for older adults ( we are in are 70's and 80's) a comfortable recliner would have been welcome. The furnishings available were fine - but old people need a little more comfort. Would we rent again, absolutely - great location and an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"This property was very clean and the hosts were very accessible and friendly. The bikes and pickle ball paddles and balls really helped with enjoying the beautiful park right around the corner. Muskegon and Pere Marquette beaches are super close and beautiful and clean. We had a lovely beach getaway! If you have older kids that will want some space, keep in mind there is only one living area. Also, only the master has some built ins, but the other bedrooms only offer a nightstand so we left our clothing in our suitcases. Minor things in the end but they might matter more to others. Overall a wonderful stay, thank you!"

"This is a wonderful property that was accurately described in the listing. We chose it because it was on Muskegon lake ... hence the opportunity to have coffee and watch the sunrise. And ... only a 3-block walk to the sand beaches of Lake Michigan. Check-in and check-out were transparent. Thank you to the hosts."
