The room was ok. The air barely worked. Ice machine was broken. No breakfast just coffee. It was quiet, no bugs and did not smell like Marijuana so those were a bonus. The pool did not look appealing at all. Good for a one night stay but not luxury in any capacity.

Our room smelt like cigarettes and the carpets felt grimy to walk on. The bathroom door did not fit the frame and was very difficult to open. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the late check in time. Overall the room felt unclean and we would not stay again.

The hotel was quiet. No loud noise from traffic on the highway. My room faced 31. My bedding was clean. The mattress was comfortable. The pillows were ok. Wish I would have brought my own pillow. But it’s right next to a Walmart. So if you need supplies. You literally can walk to the Walmart. The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly. The fridge kept my drinks cold. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area just to sleep and going to Michigans Adventure. I spent 2 nights there. I disliked, The hotel has no elevator. No breakfast. The pool was dirty.

Upon arriving checkin was easy, Hostess was kind and helpful. Its cost friendly but keep in mind no breakfast but plenty in town to go to or get it delivered, coffee provided in room and in common room. The King Room is clean, spacious and relaxing. Great Tv too. Thanks so much!

Greeted at check-in, wonderful customer service, both days. Needed to extend my stay and the Rep was courteous, suggested booking online to save, and promptly helped me to switch rooms and settle in for the weekend. Quiet and comfortable, enjoyed the stay and appreciated the service and support.

Checked in for the night, and had to extend my trip the next morning, through the weekend. Great customer service for checking in, re-booking another room, saved on price because the rep suggested going back through Hotels.com. Switched rooms easily and setup for a comfortable weekend.

Comfy Stay

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Bed was really comfy. Convenient location. Walmart right next-door. The room was a bit musty and the bathroom could use a little touch up. Less than 30 minutes to the beach and super close to Michigan Adventure. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff

We used this hotel for an overnight because it is close to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. NO BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED. However, there are lots of amenities near by. The area is beautiful with a trail around the lake. The hotel has friendly personal, clean rooms, updated linens, but is dated. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the motel was in a park-like setting not far from the highway. The woman who checked us in gave good suggestions for restaurants, and it was easy to get to downtown Whitehall. I wish they still served breakfast, but the room did have a refrigerator and coffee maker, so we were able to make our own. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Whitehall.
