The hotel & rooms were clean. The outdoor pool was a nice amenity. The breakfast could be a little better choices, but it was still good. Typical breakfast-pancakes, eggs, saysage, yogurt, bagels, old fruit, juice, & toast. Great location. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfy & the pillows were so fluffy, I wanted to take a couple home with me.

Tru Hotel is great!

We always stay at Tru by Hilton when we go to Tahlequah. The hotel is nice, breakfast is great, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly!

My daughter has a softball tournament here in Tahlequah and this hotel is really comfortable. The check in was smooth and the ladies who checked us in was very nice. The rooms are very nice as well.

My only complaint was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and felt like you could feel springs coming through it, but other than that. It was very clean and well kept. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!

Great for a stay floating the river

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and beds were okay. The toiletries provided were nice and not the generic ones that make your hair look terrible. The pool was a little on the small side but that’s okay it was mainly kids there anyhow including my own. They have a good breakfast choice and there are plenty of snacks and drinks to buy if you want. I wish there was a water and ice machine ok every floor though. Overall, great stay and would return.

Love this hotel. Clean and well kept. Daytime staff was lovely. However, the night time staff was rude and wouldn't let us sit on the back patio. We got our lawn chairs and sat out front with no issues. I also didn't like that I couldn't get the a/c to get very cold. Other than that, great hotel.

While the property and rooms were nice, no ice machine on every floor was not ideal. My room was also changed after I had checked in and left. Upon return, my card no longer accessed the room. Desk clerk showed me assigned to a different room in the computer and had no idea why. No one notified me and someone had entered my room while I was gone.

Small things missing

The room was very nice & clean & the staff were very helpful. There were a few small things missing. The room has no visitor guide so we had no directions for finding meals. The hearing impaired feature was not complete since none of the Netflix or movies were closed caption. Our VCR would also not work on the TV and no one knew how to make it work. There was no microwave in the room or coffee machine. And no courtesy clothes bags. All in all still a nice experience.
