"My friend and i needed a room with two beds as we were playing golf at Lake joseph golf club and Rocky Crest golf club. Sherwood inn only had rooms with one king or Queen bed only. We were very lucky to come upon Dudley Inn at the hotel.com site! It is only 15 min from Lake Joseph golf club and 25 min from Rocky crest golf club! We were pleasantly surprised. Although there are no amenities on site but the room is spacious with two queen beds! It is well furnished with fridge, microwave, kettle and nepresso machine! Bathroom was very nice with rain shower heads! Most of all, it was very convenient for us to go golfing! "

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Windermere House. We began our visit with drinks on the patio, taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Rosseau. Afterwards, we wandered down to the dock, letting our feet dangle in the cool water. To pass the time, we played a few rounds of cornhole—just one of the many games the resort has readily available—before enjoying a delicious dinner on the veranda. The evening ended perfectly with a session in the barrel saunas, followed by a magical swim under the stars in the heated outdoor pool. The next morning, we treated ourselves to a fantastic buffet breakfast, complete with a wide assortment of fresh fruit, pastries, and the classic bacon, eggs, and sausage. Energized, we took the Windermere House kayaks out for a peaceful paddle around Wellesley and Florence Islands. We wrapped up our stay with a pint on the patio of the Windermere Pub. We’ll definitely be returning in the fall to take in the spectacular seasonal colours."

"We stayed with Kim and Doug for a weekend, they are amazing people , this place is absolutely amazing a true Gem , we were amazed by all the hard work they have put into their home.It is steps from the water , food ,LCBO the Kee to bala . There is a beach 10 min walk away altho the swimming at the dock was awesome as well ...we will be 100 percent be staying here again and highly recommend it ."

"We loved our stay so much!The property is private, although you have neighbours they can’t be seen from within the trees property The private dock was awesome and we spent so much of our time on it. Our kids were able to catch bass and pike from the dock We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards and went right across the water to the beach which was perfect for swimming. The water is pretty busy with regular boats going by. The cottage kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from coffee maker. To pots and pans. ( we brought our own as we weren’t sure ) they had coffee filters to fit the machine Paper towel dish soap cloth dish tables all provided. There is 3 bedrooms the main room had a queen size bed 2nd room had a single bed with a chaise chair 3rd room is a sitting room with a bed that pulls out to a couch. ( this room would be better with a bed we thought personally ) The living room had a tv and some dvds but we didn’t use any of this. The cottage itself is small, they have done some updates inside, the cottage was clean. You do need to bring all your own linens, towels. The had a fire pit and some cut brush for burning we did bring our own fire wood. They also supplied chairs around the fire areaPlus a picnic table The cottage is only 5 minute drive to port carling we went in and ate at the local restaurants on the water. And walked through the shops We loved our family stay here and would love to come back "

"Loved this rustic boat house cottage in a quiet bay of Lake Rosseau - shallow water, great for swimming, can catch fish off the dock and comfy beds. Owner is very responsive and friendly - with lots of local knowledge. "
