For golf enthusiasts, there are multiple courses within a 20-minute drive to choose from! Simply 5 minutes to Port Carling, 11 minutes to Port Sandfield, and 15 minutes to Bracebridge! Super close to both Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka, ideal for exploring the Muskoka area!

PROPERTY
CASTAWAY - Drive right up to this picture-perfect Waterfront cottage just off Brackenrig Road. The level grassy land is great for kids to play and easy water access for all ages. The lovely decking at the front of the cottage provides lots of area to sit and read a book or use the new Weber BBQ and dine outside at one of the tables! Take a few steps across the lawn to the private waterfront with it's sandy, shallow walk-in. Fabulous views of the lake from the Clear Red Cedar Sauna! Off to one side of the waterfront is the Lakeside Bunkie and the single slip Boathouse with upper accommodations. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, peddle boating, paddle boarding, windsurfing, rowing or just floating in the 6 person dinghy!
