"Staff was excellent but property needs upgrade. My room ac was so noisy that we were stopping it to sleep at night:) my blind latch was broken so stuck in the middle. Curtains were fine. Break fast was okey but fruits and eggs were not fresh. Staff was excellent specially lady in the breakfast was so nice going table to table asking guests if everything okey that is excellent customer service."

"Great location and views. The waterfront is the main draw. We spent 90% of our time on either of the two docks. The host is great for getting back to you. There are more dishes than you will ever use. The house is older with stairs to the upper level. The main floor has a master bedroom with ensuite."

"Overall an outstanding area of the lake and water is clear. Host extremely accessible and positive to deal with with backup being his wife in case he was unable to answer Rooms are an interesting setup that allowed choices for the family. Pet friendly although many dog hairs on the outside couches when we arrived. Easily remedied with brushes that are used for sweeping foe dog hairs. Many areas within the house that we can go to to read a book watch some TV play games with the kids or just relax. This was especially beneficial on a couple of rainy days we had.Some of the outdoor stairs can be extremely slippery when it’s raining or has been raining. This is mentioned when you rent the cottage. However, it still needs to be mentioned here because we did have a couple people fall even though everybody is aware it could happen. It did happen because of going too quickly. Just a pointer for anybody there.Overall, this cottage was much than I expected much better much more enjoyable for everybody because of privacy that was allowed at times the bedrooms are all set up very differently for different needs or wants. The kitchen is very very user easy. The hot tub was used, especially when it rains, but very often just when they want to relax. it is large usable, friendly, and available for all there. Boathouse was very organized with the lifejackets easy to see what size and age it might fit.Overall enjoyed by all that were there."
