Rooms were not up to date but had everything you’d needed for a great priced hotel! They were clean and they had a big screen tv, microwave and fridge! Ac worked great! The staff was the best I have seen at any place I’ve stayed and I’ve stayed at multiple. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean compared to many places! Overall I would stay here again!

Best of the Best within the sub 60 dollar hotels . A lot cleaner then other budget buget name property's and a very nice and friendly family that own and run the hotel. very affordable no frills, clean comfortable motel/hotel in Mustang Oklahoma, a safe town on the outskirts of OKC 20 min drive to downtown Oklahoma City.

Had a great experience during my stay. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. Most important to me was that everything looked and felt clean. The owner was real nice and always asked if I needed anything when I saw him. Place was really clean, the price was excellent. If you want fancy then this isn't your place but if you want great sevice and a great room then this is your place.

For the price.... Can't beat it. Older but very clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. And the owners were friendly and thoughtful. Now, if you want a 5 star motel, with all the extra bells and whistles, triple the price. If ever in Mustang, we'll stay here again

Kind owners, great value

Nice family run motel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. No frills, except for bidet attached to toilet. Would stay there again. Quiet off busy street. Good air conditioner.

Awesome water pressure

This motel has the greatest water pressure I have ever had in all the places I have stayed!! There was also plenty of hot water. There was not a stopper for the bathtub nor did the exhaust fan/heat lamp work. We did have a small table with two comfortable chairs and a larger than normal mini fridge. The bed was reasonably comfortable and we were in a fairly quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.
