"staff not helpful nor nice at all... RUDE. get ready to WALK a lot to and from your room... parking is far from most rooms and NO elevators??? sooo its stairs to the 3rd floor?? If you have a lot of luggage or just heavy , get ready to lift it by yourself up many steps EVERYWHERE... I was on the 1st floor and still had 2 huge steps. shady parking area too, not safe."
