I deducted one star for cleanliness (one of the bedsheets had a stain) and for the broken garage door, which stopped working midway through our stay. We did figure out how to manually open it and seems like the other residents left it open on purpose at times too. I contacted after-hours support for help with the garage but didn’t hear back after the initial contact. Though understandable given it was around New Years."
