FOUR DOUBLE ROOMS, TWO COMPLETE BATHROOMS, TWO LIVING ROOMS ONE OF THEM EQUIPPED WITH GREAT TV SCREEN TO SEE PARTIES, FILMS ETC. ACCOUNT WITH WIFI. AIR CONDITIONING AND GARAGE PLACE TO KEEP TWO CARS. PERGOLA WITH DINNER AND AREA EQUIPPED WITH BARBECUE AND BAR FOR DRINKS. ALL SERVICES: BARS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS. 15 MINUTES FROM THE ALTET AIRPORT, 10 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH AND 15 FROM ALICANTE. IT IS ATTENDED IN FRENCH AND SPANISH ENGLISH. ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM THE TENANT WILL BE STUDIED BY THE PROPERTY.
