Hotel was in a good location in the old quarter. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Hotel rooms were very clean and had what we needed. Hotel was a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. Pictures of breakfast were a bit misleading and whilst ok, not a feast as it looked like. Hotel was totally fine for a one night stay as a base when we were out and about in Hanoi but if staying longer would go to a hotel with more facilities that was more modern.

The room 903 was clean, the bathroom on the other hand, had multiple issues. The bath did not drain properly, flooding issue, the shower head did not work, the water mixer would produce scalding hot water or cold water, that was a challenge and last but not least the tiles in the shower was loose under foot.
I reported this to the front desk and hope it will be repaired before the next guest, gets that room.
Breakfast was in a building 2 minutes walk. Staff was friendly, shout out to Mia.

"Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast ..."
