"Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them."

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"The location is wonderful and the cottage was exceptional - roomy and with everything you could want. Daniela and John are lovely hosts - there for a chat and to help if required but also left you yourself if that’s what you wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay."

Great outdoor patio area but unfortunately we didnt get to use it but can imagine spending long summer evenings out there on dolphin watch! "Myself, my 11 year old and our young dog spent our October half term on the farm and had a very lovely and relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they respected our privacy and didn't mind that our dog was a bit excited by all the farm animals (all of whom had loads of character!) "The experience was amazing from check in to check out. Really enjoyed using the spa. Which was followed by outstanding food in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice this morning with a very good choice. The staff were extremely pleasant in all areas of the hotel. But a special mention for John on reception, who couldn’t do enough for all visitors. Also Cici was the waitress was informative and very funny a great asset to the restaurant. "
