"TV was on full volume in the unit attached to ours. Called host at 10:00 PM and she said she would be there in 10 minutes. She never came. Got no sleep, TV was still on through the morning. Toilet leaked out the bottom covering the floor. Maintenance came and was very helpful but this was 8:30 at ..."
