Black Pebble is a ground floor house with a nice terrace and spacious garden, located in the picturesque village locally known as "Mavro Petradi".

It is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones and a rare haven of tranquility on a cosmopolitan island with a vibrant life.

It is ideal for couples, groups of friends and families who wish to enjoy their privacy. Just 2 kilometers from the square of Ano Mera where there are restaurants and supermarkets. The last 150 meters are through a dirt road that requires careful driving.

The home offers the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living. The house has two spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day exploring the island. The large veranda with the living room is the ideal place to relax and rest during the day. The real gem of this house is the charming outdoor area where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the endless view.
