"What a beautiful hotel!! Even before we got there Nadia was in communication asking if there was anything they could help with to make our stay even more comfortable. When we got there we met Nadia at check in so warm and welcoming. She noticed it was my birthday recently (hence the trip) and she upgraded us to an AMAZING room! Had a minor issue with the TV and Nadia managed to get it sorted within 5 minutes of reporting. I then realised I made a mistake with my booking as our flight was not leaving till 8:30pm and I spoke to Rania about my situation, again very understanding. Advised she would need to double check before she could advise and she kept her promise messaged me with updates and they were able to accommodate us. Outside of the staff the hotel is in amazing condition and clearly this is no accident. We saw several workers touching up paint, jet washing they obviously care about the appearance of the hotel. We left feeling very welcomed and happy, who ever is in charge should be happy about how your staff represents the hotel. Would definitely come back and would recommend anyone to stay here you wont regret it. It is also walking distance to the main shops another bonus. Very highly rated from us please keep it up x "

"We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was good; the staff was very helpful. The room was on the small side but great for the price. It was a very easy walk into town, not only from the main road but also from a stone path behind the hotel. We also found it easy to walk to a nice beach just south of the hotel, away from the crowds. Complimentary airport and ferry port transfer was a big win for us, too. "
