Step outside to discover a fantastic outdoor area complete with a fire pit and ample seating—ideal for evenings under the stars. Additionally, separate from the main house, you’ll find a stylish "barn-style" garage that doubles as a versatile entertainment space, featuring a pool table, table tennis, and a designer bathroom with a bath. There’s even a fold-out sofa bed for extra guests!

With rear lane access and a location near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll appreciate the convenience of a small track through the sand dunes at the end of the street that leads directly to the beach. Enjoy surfing, swimming, fishing, and boating in pristine waterways, or take a peaceful walk on the beach at sunset—this magnificent location has it all!

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house for your convenience. Stay entertained with a Smart TV featuring an Apple box, and enjoy comfortable air conditioning. All linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels.
