Don’t think twice, book this resort!

Excellent resort, perfect for families with little kids! My wife and 3-year old stayed for 4 lovely nights and had a great time. The staff is incredible and the grounds are well-tended to. We rented a car so we could explore the island and not just stay camped in at the resort. The beach is accessible through their sister property and they run shuttles every 30 minutes. It was superb. Highly recommend! Plenty to do - so much swimming!

Amazing resort. This is one nicest and best run hotels in all of Greece. They do an excellent job of ensuring you are relaxing during your holiday. The adults only section of this hotel is amazing!

Gorgeous property, beach access not beachfront

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. It does advertise as a beachfront resort, which is misleading. The resort itself is on a hillside and there is a shuttle to the beach which is a 3 minute drive and walkable uphill.

The hotel itself is visually impressive, with beautiful interior design and an aesthetically pleasing pool area. Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweighed the positives. Our room regularly smelled of sewage — something completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was at best lukewarm, lacked variety, and the overall quality was disappointing. The staff were often inattentive and at times unfriendly. For example, when we ordered hot water for breakfast, we were served milk instead. After housekeeping, the entire floor was left wet and leaving a musty smell of damp cloths. Overall, this is definitely not five-star standard. The current high ratings do not reflect our experience.

Amazing resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Pools were great and well maintained and the water slides kept my 11 year old, and me, entertained as did the Tennis courts. Very relaxing and fantastic sunset views. Limited things to do in the immediate vicinty and the buffet food could have been better. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and made full use of the spa.

Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. Other than that, the hotel service was impeccable. I would highly recommend.

Amaizing from top to bottom, great service and restaurants, great pool, alot of space in the pool, has a shuttle to the beach 2 mins drive,Great breakfast!!! We had a late flight and they have showers and fitting rooms and you can stay aslong as you want,wow,wow,wow!

This must be my best stay at a hotel ever (i’m 37 years old and travel alot). BEAUTIFUL hotel & our room was gorgeous! Nice, polite and service minded staff that always helped me and my gf if needed. Great location with a private beach, great pool area with a nice bar. Spa, gym and 3 restaurants! Our week here was worth every penny and we will love to visit again soon 😊 also thank you for your lovely farewell gift bag with Greek olive oil and candy. 12/10!

Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food. I can’t say enough about this place. I guess the one negative (or positive for some people) is that it’s quite a drive to get anywhere. But I guess that’s just Crete being a big island with everything spread out.

We loved this hotel! We chose this hotel because of location, a little secluded but 20 minutes from Rethymno. It was nice to have the seclusion and quiet feel since we were on our honeymoon. Staff was wonderful, accommodations were wonderful. They sent us a bottle of champagne when they found out we were on our honeymoon. Only complaint was that our shower kept getting flooded and there was a drainage smell, but staff fixed it right away. Also, our pool light in our room was not getting fixed. The night staff didn't know too much about technical support, so we would have to wait until morning for things to get fixed. Absolutely loved our room setup, and how the bed was faced towards the window.
