A dedicated 7 m² children’s pool ensures little guests can splash and play safely. Around the villa, the owner’s 40.000 m² private grounds offer scenic walking paths through the Cretan landscape, creating a unique space for exploration and tranquility. Savor alfresco dining beneath a shaded pergola with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, refrigerator, sink, and every amenity for effortless entertaining. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- 50 m² Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
