This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great condo!

Updated unit with a beautiful view right on the ocean! The elevators were very slow and not something we anticipated but makes sense coming from the 19th floor. Some minor dings in the unit but nothing unbearable. Saving this property for the more visits!! Thank you!

Great option with a view

This was the first time I stayed at this property and the 19th floor provided a beautiful ocean view. The room had everything we needed. The only downfall of our visit was that the hot tub we used had so much chlorine that it bleached our bathing suits, ruining them. The room was clean and the beds comfy enough. Loved the hammock area downstairs by the pool.

The unit needs to be updated. It was good and comfortable enough for a quick trip but I wouldn't stay for longer than a couple nights. GREAT ocean view. A lot of pools and a good amount of outdoor chairs.

Great view

Beautiful place, love the view and the pools. What I didn’t like were the roaches and water bugs in the room. I had to make sure none of my bags had roaches before leaving which I did find one inside my suitcase. The Refrigerator and microwave weren’t working well. Other than that if you love the beach this is a great spot for you.

We stayed at the house for 3 nights. The location was great! We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The community pools were great too and the staff was nice. I can’t say the room was clean! We saw several small cockroaches in the room and kitchen area! Also the coffeemaker was totally burnt! The family enjoyed the Myrtle Beach area.

We loved the location right on the ocean but the property was pretty run down. During our stay we actually had a cockroach in the room (yuck!). Although the property was pretty cheap, I was hoping for a cleaner stay!

Love This Place

Very clean and nice service. Don’t like the new door locks at all. If you have an arm full of groceries or two or three kids and you can’t get in your door. You have to put all of that down go back down downstairs get a different door code and try again if that don’t work you still have to go back and get a different door Code. Besides that everything else was great

Nasty

If I could give zero stars I would. Nasty the entrance smelled like pee and chlorine. The room was disgusting there was sand in the bed, hairs in the drawer, dead bugs, and live roaches. We checked in around 8 and left at 3:00 am. We told the desk clerk she could have cared less. The pictures have to be when they first opened and they would not give us any type of refund. Highly upset we drove ten hours and then had to rent another place in Garden City.

ROACHES

The room has german roaches and run when the lights turn on. This is my 2nd request to leave a review and my review is the roaches are bad !!!!! We slept with the lights on and didn't sleep good for 2 nights because we were afraid of them crawling on us. These roaches did not "fly in" because the sliding door was open. They were hatched and there were roach eggs as well.

The view was beautiful and the pools were nice. The room was dirty and there was a huge problem with cockroaches!!! Also when we tried to get clean towels for our room they were always out. I am very disappointed with this place and would not recommend it to anyone.
