Part of the Patricia Grand Resort, this recently renovated corner unit includes access to fabulous resort amenities and thoughtful accommodations. Fully updated, high end finishes, king bed and sleeper in hybrid living room/bedroom(meaning combined). The oceanfront vacation rental is the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation destination, sleeping 4 with room to welcome your 2 furry family members. Drink coffee and cocktails on either of the two private balconies and enjoy the oceanfront swimming pools, lazy river, Hot Tub and beach access and more.

This unit is equipped with a 55 inch flat-screen cable TV and free wireless internet access.

The resort amenities really set this condo apart from others, and includes an oceanfront swimming pool with lounge chairs, a kiddie pool, Hot tub, convenient beach access and more. You'll be just steps from the sand, or when you're ready for lunch and a cold beverage, there's a great restaurant and bar onsite.
The central location makes enjoying the best of Myrtle Beach a breeze. Situated just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, your travel to and from will be entirely stress-free.

There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. A one time pet fee of $125 will be charged after the reservation is made. The limit is two pets per stay with a weight limit of 20 pounds. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed)
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit
- Please report any damages that occur.
- Please leave pool wrists bands and parking passes for Housekeeping after checking out.

Perfect get away!

This condo was perfect for a short getaway for my boyfriend and I! It was in a great location, very clean, and great host. Perfect views right from the bed, and just steps away from the beach, I’ll definitely be booking here again!

Cute little beach room

Came for a few days for a baseball tournament. The property is a great place to hang out in large groups. The pool is perfect for the kids and the pool bar on the weekends makes it even better. The room was very nicely decorated. The host was on top of the communication! Would rent this room again.

Absolutely Amazing!

I spent 3 weeks in this amazing property and it was worth every single penny. From the quick and seamless check in process, the cleanliness upon arrival, the decor, new appliances, views, etc! Great place - Enjoyed our time

Nice place. Freshly painted, smartly decorated and nicely furnished. It's a corner unit so it has two balconies (as shown in the picture), which means you can view the ocean looking both north and south instead of just one direction or the other. (The north balcony also looks across to other balconies, while the south balcony is completely private.) The balconies are small but enough for two to sit on, which is all you need anyway. The entrance is tucked away at the end of the hallway which gives an extra sense of privacy. The bed is large and very soft. Felt clean overall. The floors appear new and clean - not quite like my wife keeps them (according to the bottom of our socks) but better than the vast majority of public accommodations we've stayed in. Kitchen had all we need. Jay was very quick to respond as a host. Very enjoyable place to stay and we'd happily stay here again if we return to MB. My wife's words: "I love it here!"

Spectacular

The room was absolutely beautiful decorated, the 2 balcony was awesome to have such a wonderful view everywhere you look, the location was perfect and so close to the places we wanted to go to such as entertainment, eating and shopping. The pool was great especially staying on the beach most of the day and then cooling off in the pool. We will definitely stay here again.
