The condo features a bright, modern coastal design with an open living area and a private balcony offering a partial ocean view. After a day at the beach, unwind in a comfortable space designed for both relaxation and convenience.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Guests enjoy easy beach access, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and a location that offers both peaceful surroundings and walkable entertainment.

• This is a third-floor walk-up (no elevator). Guests must be comfortable using stairs.
• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors.
• Quiet hours are observed per complex guidelines.
• No smoking inside the condo.
• No pets.
• No trucks one ton or larger, RV’s, trailers, and boats (will be removed at Vehicle Owner’s Expense).
• No motorcycles with the exception of owners. One time permit is required.
